Every engagement starts by understanding the product, the people behind it, the problem being solved and what you actually need to learn. AI comes after discovery — not before it.
You are not handed a checklist and left alone. One of our account managers guides the engagement, helps you understand what is needed, coordinates discovery and evidence collection, and keeps the assessment moving.
We provide a clear minimum set of information needed for a meaningful assessment. What we request beyond this depends on your product and scope.
The process is structured, but not self-service. Your HAIV360 Account Manager guides each step and helps make sure we have enough context and evidence before assessment begins.
Start with the essentials: your product, URL, current stage and what you want to understand or challenge.
A dedicated HAIV360 Account Manager reviews your submission, explains the process, shares the minimum evidence checklist and becomes your point of contact through the engagement.
Before any full AI assessment, we talk to your team and see the product. We want to understand the problem, users, business model, decisions you are facing and the real product experience.
We review what you already have against the minimum assessment checklist. Your Account Manager identifies what is sufficient, what is optional and what is genuinely missing.
Lack of polished documentation should not stop a good product from being assessed. Where essential evidence is missing, HAIV360 can help structure or produce the required product documentation as a separately scoped, separately charged service before the assessment continues.
Once the evidence is ready, we confirm the scope and proceed based on the package you selected. Expert Validation and Industry Validation are optional layers and are only included when they are part of your chosen package.
HAIV360 analyses the agreed evidence across the relevant product dimensions, identifies patterns, gaps, risks and areas requiring deeper challenge.
Depending on the package you choose, your assessment can include additional validation by experienced product, technology, GTM or industry experts. They challenge relevant AI findings, test assumptions and add practical judgment or domain context. This step is skipped when it is not included in your package.
We bring the intelligence together into a practical readout: what looks strong, what needs attention, what matters first and what your team should do next.
A URL alone is not enough. Before we run an AI assessment, we schedule a discovery call and product demo. This helps us understand your product stage, target customer, business model, current challenges and the questions you want HAIV360 to challenge.
The exact inputs depend on the scope. We progressively collect what is useful rather than asking for everything upfront.
