HAIV360 FAQ

Start here.

No. HAIV360 is a guided product intelligence service. AI is one part of the process, but we first understand the product, the team, the context and the questions you want answered before any full assessment is run.
We review the initial submission first. A HAIV360 Account Manager then guides you through the next steps, including onboarding, the minimum evidence checklist, discovery, product demo and scope confirmation.
Yes. A HAIV360 Account Manager acts as your main point of contact, explains what is needed, coordinates discovery and evidence collection, and helps keep the assessment moving.
No. For deeper assessments, we first complete discovery, review the product demo and check whether we have enough evidence to assess the product properly.
Because product decisions depend on context. We want to understand your users, stage, business model, product goals, current concerns and the decisions you want HAIV360 to challenge before interpreting the evidence.
At minimum, we typically need a product and problem overview, product demo or access, target users and market context, roadmap or priorities, basic technology context and the key assessment questions you want answered.
No. You can begin with the initial submission. Your Account Manager will then help identify what is essential, what is optional and what is missing before the assessment begins.
That does not automatically stop the engagement. If essential documentation is missing, HAIV360 can help structure or produce the required product documentation as a separately scoped and separately charged service.
Depending on the product and scope, this can include product overview documents, roadmap structure, product strategy artefacts, customer or market evidence summaries, architecture overviews, workflow documentation and other assessment-readiness materials.
No. Documentation support is a separate paid service where it is needed. Your Account Manager will confirm the scope before any additional work begins.
Depending on the package, HAIV360 can assess areas such as product strategy, product-market fit, UX and customer value, technology and AI readiness, architecture, security, GTM, commercial readiness, competitive positioning and other agreed dimensions.
No. Expert Validation is optional and only included when it is part of the package you choose.
No. Industry Validation is also optional and package-dependent. It is added when you need deeper validation of how the product fits a specific industry, operating model, workflow or buying environment.
Expert Validation adds an experienced product, technology or GTM expert to the process. They challenge relevant AI findings, test assumptions and add practical judgment based on experience.
Expert Validation focuses on product, technology or GTM questions. Industry Validation adds practitioners who understand the realities of a specific sector, including workflows, adoption, integrations, buying environments and relevant regulatory or operational context.
Yes. Depending on the package, you can proceed with AI Assessment only. Expert Validation and Industry Validation are optional layers that can be added when needed.
When Expert or Industry Validation is included, HAIV360 matches the relevant expertise to the product gaps, questions or domain being assessed rather than assigning a generic reviewer.
Deliverables depend on the package and scope, but can include an executive snapshot, prioritised findings, readiness signals, recommendations, an action roadmap, expert or industry validation notes where included, and a readout session.
No. The purpose is to help you decide what to do next. Scores or readiness signals may be included, but the main value is in the findings, priorities, context and practical next actions.
No. Assessment and verification are separate. A product must meet the defined HAIV360 validation criteria before it can receive the HAIV360 Verified trust signal.
No. HAIV360 provides independent product intelligence and validation. It does not replace formal legal, security, regulatory or industry certification where those are required.
Yes. The scope should match the maturity of the product. An early product may need assumption, PMF and roadmap challenge, while a more mature product may need architecture, GTM, scale or industry-readiness validation.
Yes. HAIV360 can be used to challenge existing products, roadmap decisions, transformation initiatives, new product concepts, AI-enabled capabilities and industry-specific readiness.
It depends on the package, assessment depth, evidence readiness and whether Expert or Industry Validation is included. We confirm expected turnaround after discovery and scope confirmation.
We only request information relevant to the agreed assessment. Sensitive access and evidence requirements should be agreed during discovery before they are shared.
